Working from home, often with children and the rest of the family around, is not easy, and you need to take care of healthy eating as well.

How to plan meals for a whole week when you know that going out to a shop to fetch a few missing things is not recommended? How to plan your menu, so that the lockdown does not have a negative impact on your weight and health? These questions are asked by the majority of employees whose lifestyles have changed significantly during the epidemic and who need to re-learn how to eat healthy and how to prepare their diet properly.

To answer these questions and bearing in mind how difficult it can be to find time for training in everyday duties while working from home, we have prepared a video guide. Your employees will be able to watch the recording at any time: during a break from work, before they start it, in their free time or in the evening, when they have already dealt with their home responsibilities. They will be able to stop the recording, or watch it again, to listen to the information of particular interest to them again.

What is the purpose of the webinar?

The main purpose of this guide is to familiarise your employees with methods of rational and healthy eating during the COVID-19 pandemic.

What is included in the manual?

The content presented during the training will include the following:

  • Principles of healthy eating – basic knowledge of dietetics the knowledge of which will enable to individually prepare menus,
  • Proper nutrition plate – participants will learn how to easily control the intake of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, what components should be included in a meal, and how to determine the size of portions,
  • Nutrition and our immunity – this part will answer questions about nutrition during the pandemic, building immunity to disease, and identifying ingredients that can increase and enhance immunity,
  • Storing food,
  • Shopping and stocking in times of the pandemic,
  • Snacking – how to stay away from the fridge and how not to get fat.

The video recording is about one hour long. Employees have access to it for two weeks, and they can watch the video at any time.
