Healthy Courage
is a six-month programme for groups of 20 employees from the same company who have a high BMI due to being overweight or obese, and who may also have at least one of three health risk factors: high blood pressure, or abnormal blood glucose or cholesterol levels.
The programme is built around regular group training sessions, monitoring of progress and health, and additional support: individually tailored exercises, as well as dietary and motivational support.
As an employer, you get:
A communication pack to inform employees about the programme: posters, banners, a one-pager and an email campaign
Comprehensive administrative support: we keep the participant records (employees sign up anonymously), enrol them through our own systems, keep them motivated and stay on top of deadlines
Reports: an initial report and a final report summarising health improvements at the end of the programme, as well as reports on employee motivation levels
