Training the personnel in first-aid rules, so that they can help a person who has suffered from a medical emergency (e.g. has fainted), also has a positive impact on relations with customers who feel safe when visiting your company’s branches!
The training focusing on medical emergencies presented below is carried out based on a multimedia presentation, and covers issues related to the most frequent emergencies in everyday life (e.g. heart attack, poisoning, fainting).

The training is provided online. We know that, in times of the unstable epidemiological situation, when some teams have moved into the home-office system and are managed in a dispersed structure, it is very difficult or even impossible to organise an on-site training.
Experienced and charismatic tutors will make sure that training participants will gain complete information and confidence in their skills, which will allow them to respond correctly in the event of a medical emergency, e.g. an epileptic seizure on the company’s premises or a suspicion of a stroke or heart attack suffered by a colleague at work.
The training lasts about one hour, and is available using generally available communication platforms: Teams and Clickmeeting.
