Healthcare is one of the most anticipated non-pay benefits for employees, and is offered by a growing group of employers. Depending on the needs, industry, characteristics of a given occupational group and other reasons, employers modify the scope of medical care, extending it by additional services.

Over the years, we have worked with clients from various different industries, and we have observed how the solutions offered on the market and how the perception of non-pay benefits have been changing. We know that the needs of our clients differ. Therefore, we offer a number of additional solutions that will enable to adapt the scope of the offer to the needs of a given occupational group, while increasing the attractiveness of a given option of medical care.

You can choose from many additional solutions

  • Home visits – employees will be able to arrange consultations as home visits of an internal medicine doctor (adults) or a paediatrician (children).
  • Extending the basic healthcare programme by additional solutions will make your employees more effective and engaged at work. They will appreciate that their safety is important to you, whereas you will appreciate the role of health in building relations between your employee and your company.
  • Medical care while travelling abroad – in the event of a sudden illness or accident, your employees will also be reimbursed for costs of medical treatment or hospitalisation, also while they are abroad. We offer several travel care options, so that you can match the best solution to your budget. We particularly recommend this option to companies that operate a global business and whose employees often travel on business.
  • Vaccinations – we offer various types of vaccinations, e.g. against influenza, hepatitis A and B, tetanus and diphtheria, so that you can protect your employees from infectious diseases. We will advise you on the vaccinations that are most reasonable in your industry.
  • Damian Medical Centre specialist care – by choosing this option, your employees will be able to use Damian Medical Centre facilities as part of their medical package. They will not have to pay additional costs, and will gain access to a wide range of medical services (including specialist ones).
  • Basic/extended psychologist/psychiatrist care and other specialist therapies – you will provide your employees with the opportunity to consult specialists in order to maintain or regain balance.
  • Extended diagnostics – it includes specialist magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or computed tomography (CT) with no additional cost. Those chronically ill will appreciate the employer’s support in financing part of the imaging tests that would otherwise contribute to significant costs borne by the employee.
  • “Guaranteed Date” Programme – a solution as part of which we guarantee specific consultations and tests in less time than usual. Patients who use the “Guaranteed Date” Programme may, in justified cases, be reimbursed for costs incurred for a given service if they are unable to obtain it at Medicover.
